ReadyTracker® - Tray
Brief Description
ReadyTracker®; - Tray, a web-based application, employs barcode technology to allow for automated management of surgical instrument sets and peel packs within the current reprocessing workflow.
ReadyTracker® - Tray Features:
- Find Trays: Pinpoints the last scanned location of any tray within the facility.
- Track Trays: The primary work screen, used for scanning tray / peel pack bar codes.
- Maintenance Report: Lists equipment service and maintenance status; identifies at a glance which trays / peel packs are ready to use, and those that are being serviced or in need of service.
- Sterilization Reports: Shows sterilization history by specific tray / peel pack or by sterilizer. Also shows current contents of selected sterilizer.
- Tray Usage: Indicates potential over or under utilization of specific trays.
- Labels: Prints tray / peel pack count sheets, reports, and barcode labels.
- Inventory: Displays searchable, complete inventory of facility-owned or consigned trays and master instrument list.
- Missing Items: Reports and creates labels for instruments missing from tray sets and catalogs the data.
- Tray Usage: Utilization report for trays/peel packs for improved inventory management.
- Digital Images: Stores and displays images of individual instruments and select trays, such as multi-layered vendor trays.
The software stores all related data in an included database.
The database supports storage and retrieval of implant vendor, product description, product code, categories and implant status.
Software Warranty
ReadyTracker® - Tray is warranted for 90 days under the terms of the End User License Agreement. The manner in which IMS will remedy any nonconformance is specified in the Software Maintenance & Support Agreement.
Software Maintenance & Support Agreement
The annual maintenance fee to license holders includes all maintenance releases, upgrade releases, and telephone and e-mail technical support.
Support Services
A full range of services is available including: training, installation, and implementation.
The following is a guide to the configuration required to install ReadyTracker® - Tray.
Actual requirements may vary depending upon other software, number of users, and other factors.
Local Server Hardware & Software Requirements
Server Hardware:
- Intel® Pentium® processor 850 MHz or greater
- 500MB of RAM or greater
- Up to 20 GB of available hard-disk space or greater
- CD-ROM drive
Server Software:
- Microsoft® Windows 2000, 2000 Advanced, or 2003 Server
- IIS v 5.0 or higher
- .Net Framework 2.0
- MSDE version 7, 2000, or 2003
- SQL Enterprise Manager (v. 2000 or 2003)
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0
Note: Windows Vista is NOT compliant with SQL Server]
Client Hardware & Software Requirements
Client Hardware:
- Intel® Pentium® processor 850 MHz or greater
- 256MB of RAM on Windows XP machine; 128MB RAM on Windows 2000 machine
- Network access to local server where ReadyTracker - Tray is installed
- Barcode printer & accessories
- Barcode scanners (tethered or wireless)
- USB serial port for barcode scanner
- Access to standard printer for printing reports
- Digital camera (optional)
Client Software:
- Microsoft® Windows 2000 with Service Pack 2 or Windows XP (Professional or Home Edition)
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 6.0 (with SPs) or 7.0
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Excel 6.0 or newer
