Birmingham, AL - Today, IMS® (Integrated Medical Systems International) announced the acquisition of contracts from two healthcare facilities in Indiana and Texas, respectively, to install the integrated version of its ReadyTracker® - Tissue application. The web-based tissue tracking software is designed to (save time and money) and streamline processes associated with managing donated tissue and implant inventories. The latest version of the software utilizes Health Level Seven (HL7) functionality that enables automatic information exchange with existing patient medical records and materials management systems. This new functionality played a key role in both facilities' decision to implement the ReadyTracker - Tissue software.
