"With her experience, background and personality, Dr. Japp is more than qualified to move us forward. We are excited to have her working along side us."

In 2005, she was awarded by the American Society for Healthcare Central Service Professionals its Leonard A. Leipus Award, the Society's most prestigious award. "My desire in joining the team at IMS is to help more departments become stronger advocates in quality patient care ensuring that the product they deliver is the best it can be for the patient," said Dr. Japp. "In doing so, bridging a collaborative synergized effort between the OR and CSPD to ensure physician, staff, and patient satisfaction."
