Describe the training and validation processes for your repair technicians.

IMS technicians, many of whom join IMS with previous manufacturer experience, receive training from veteran lead technicians who have specific expertise in their particular field. In addition, training is device and manufacturer specific, keeping all technicians abreast of the latest equipment and repair techniques. Technicians are validated on repair procedures to ensure consistency of repair. Repair procedures and processes are developed by a team of highly qualified research and development personnel. These procedures and processes are internally controlled through the IMS Quality System which adheres to ISO standards.
